Each day has equal opportunities for one to make use and master. Each day feels better when you look back at the things that you accomplished I started the journey with modus to take it one such heights of accomplishments.

Modus was the title of our college annual exhibition and it was a great opportunity for my exposure at college. Started with usual design approach but the concept wasn’t sitting tight in any of the iterations. Worked for three weeks burning through lots of nights figuring out something that fits well with my style and the given concept for the exhibition. Days passed with no creative progress. Working on something that doesn’t grow with the efforts was stressing me out. At the end of third week I wanted to get over with it, a couple of iterations were ready. I still went on to work with the feedback given by the fellow designers on those iterations, I still hoped to get something out of it. Sadly that was it, couldn’t make modus grow to the extent I thought. Critics were mostly disapproving which I expected to happen. Modus was one of my dearest works. Being a designer, it is always hard for me to stay unbiased to ones true nature. It is normally hard to critic and let go something you worked on for lots of hours. This is a work which got so much negative critics for and I appreciate for those being honest and helping me grow. I don’t accept modus to be a failure but something I would come back and work on and make it better and proud to look back at some other day.’

Here, I post modus on the social media to make myself known not just by the good designs I make but also to be known as someone who stumbles and fails at times. With this project I also Believe every experience is useful, be grateful for what it teaches. Will learn and practice and keep trying.
