Designing a Logo campaign for Youtuber.
Let me share my journey as a branding partner with a YouTube Vlogger. I have been branding his YouTube channel for the past five months. Here, I’m going to show how I designed the campaign for his food series.
Way2Go Tamil — YouTube Channel
‘Way2Go Tamil’ is a one stop destination for World Travel, Space, Science, Technology related videos and more. The channel has 400k subscribers worldwide. The vlogs in this channel are based in the United States, and mostly in the Tamil language. Originally a travel vlog channel, they’re now venturing into food vlogs as well.
Logo Campaign
The vlogger is making a series of food videos for the first time, two years into his journey as a youtuber. He is planning to explore the various foods of the United States of America, and to show diversity in food around the world, serving a virtual feast to foodies.
The name of the campaign — “America Food Series.” I am, as a creative branding partner, creating campaign posters for this food series, and as a marketing strategist, promoting them in social media such as Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
Designing the poster
The idea was to sketch flavoursome America food, served in a plate to the viewers with warm regards. Since the campaign is all about food and taste, I used cutlery such as fork and spoon first. I used the font Bebas Neue (Bold) for the text ‘America Food’ and Cremona (Regular) font for the text ‘Series’. For the colour palette of the campaign, I decided to go with the National colours of America. White, Old Glory Red, and Old Glory Blue — the colours of the American National Flag.
Thus, together, we developed a way to virtually serve the delicious America food series right to your feeds, with ‘Way2Go Tamil’ YouTube channel feeding you the best experiences from around the world!
